Last week I enjoyed a couple of days in pretty Corralejo with a couple of friends. Think sandy beaches stretching as far as the eye could see, warm sun and happy hours exploring, paddling, chatting and taking it all in. We took a bus trip over to El Cotillo where we loved exploring the quaint old town and it's beautiful boutiques. We even stopped time and painted a couple of water colours. The evenings saw more eating and drinking (the local food and drink was out of this world!) and we set off home refuelled, revitalised and ready for another busy season in the Lakes. ❤️

I can only imagine how many of you are counting down to the day when lockdown ends and you can visit The Lakes District!
